Manage your subscription
Closure subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- On your iPhone, open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find Closure Pro and tap to manage.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
Frequently asked questions
How does voice logging work?
Tap the record button and say what you did. A sentence, a paragraph, whatever feels natural. Closure transcribes it, extracts the work entries (hours, day rates, flat fees, expenses), and shows you a draft to review. You confirm or edit, and it's saved.
What happens if my voice log doesn't process correctly?
If transcription or extraction fails, your audio is saved as a draft you can finish manually from the Log tab. You can also retry. Voice quality, ambient noise, and connection speed all affect the result.
How do I change my rates or billing mode?
Open Settings → Billing Setup. You can add, edit, or remove rates, change your default billing mode, and adjust currency defaults. New rates apply going forward; existing work entries keep the rate they were logged at.
Does Closure work offline?
Voice capture requires an internet connection because transcription happens on our servers. We're working on offline recording with later upload. It's on the roadmap but not yet live.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Voice recordings are processed and discarded; we don't store audio after transcription. Account data, work entries, and invoices are stored encrypted at rest. Stripe handles all payment processing; we never store card numbers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I connect Stripe to receive payments?
Open Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure onboarding flow to create or link an account. Once connected, every invoice you send includes a payment link your clients can use to pay you directly.
Will the founding-member rate stay forever?
Yes. Founding members who subscribe to the annual plan during the launch window keep their $79.99/year rate for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll be billed at the then-current standard rate.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data within 30 days. Your invoices and client records will be deleted; export anything you want to keep first via Settings → Export.
I have a billing question or refund request. What do I do?
Subscription billing and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. If you need help with anything else (a bug, a feature request, or a subscription question Apple can't help with), email support@closurebilling.com.
