These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Closure. (the “App”) and related services provided by Closure Billing (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Closure. helps you capture work, draft entries from voice notes, manage clients/projects/rates, and generate and send invoices and reminders.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, entries, amounts, and communications you send.
- You must keep your account secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
AI outputs and review
The App may use AI to transcribe and extract information from voice notes. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You must review and confirm entries and invoices before relying on them.
Email delivery
The App can send invoice emails and reminders, but delivery is not guaranteed (e.g., provider outages, spam filtering, recipient mail server issues). You are responsible for confirming receipt when required.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closure Billing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
